Whatever is stopping you from living the best possible life that you can imagine. Well, the chances are you weren’t born with it.  You learned it.  It became a behaviour, thought or pattern that blocks your path to happiness.  And I’m here to tell you that it can be changed.

For many years I’ve struggled to coach women through their conscious mind, asking them to make logical choices and rational decisions. To look at their life like a fly on the wall or like a doctor would diagnose a patient.  To separate their emotional choices from their rational choices.  It has been a frustrating, long and drawn out process, with more failures than success.  It didn’t matter how much support, tools, and knowledge I gave them, some just “gave up”, “ghosted” or told themselves that no matter what they do they can’t stop the self-sabotage so why bother.

Then after copious amounts of research, I’ve found that there’s a specific reason why some people can’t change.

Because there’s a part of the subconscious mind that’s stopping them. 

Your subconscious mind is your autopilot.  If there are things that you do irrationally, that doesn’t make logical sense or completely unexplained it’s because there’s a wire in your brain making that happen.

Now at one point in your life, this wire served a purpose.  To protect you and keep you safe. But now, the wire is out of date and for you to move on in your life it needs to be upgraded.

I’m currently the only practitioner in Ireland qualified to rewire the mind by using this unique method that does not involve trance hypnosis, counselling, CBT or regression therapy.

I’ve used this system myself to get rid of my spider phobia and to help me cope with the sudden loss of my Dad, it’s simple, effective and 99% of my clients rated a 10/10 result in 3 sessions.

How does it Work?

It’s quite straight forward.

We identify the thing you want to change.

Remove the barriers that are stopping that change.

Allow the Subconscious to make the change.

Follow up sessions to consolidate the change.


That’s putting it very simply but during our sessions, you will understand how the mind works, how you came to have the problem that you currently have and how we use the system to rewrite that problem to a new solution.

Your Free Consultation will establish if the system will work for you. This is where I will gather enough information to identify the problem, the barriers and, most importantly, the “how will you know” that it has worked.  The more specific you are the better the result will be.  We will then work on a few exercises to see if we can tap into your subconscious mind.  You will be awake, alert and aware the whole time and at the end of the Consultation, you can decide if you would like to go ahead with the treatment.  Your first session will take place within 7 days of the Consultation, subject to availability.

Sarah-Jane runs the sessions from her private studio in JFK Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.  Sessions can also be done online via video call, once you have a stable internet connection and can guarantee that you will not be disturbed during the session.

Sarah-Jane helped me banish the mindless eating urges I used to have in the evenings.
