Hen Parties

Have a one of a kind activity at your Hen Party – a Clubbercise Party! Clubbercise is a brand new Dance Fitness programme in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks.  We have a huge selection of tracks to choose from, so you can pick the Bride’s favourite tunes to bop away to.

Furthermore, your tee-totallers will love this too rather than spending an entire weekend focused on alcohol.  We can provide neon accessories to dress up in for the event, and everyone will get to keep their own glow sticks after wards.  Neon non-alcoholic juice shots are also available for your guests.

You don’t even have to arrange a venue, our own professional studio is kitted out no matter day or night we’ll GLOW in the dark!

Fancy Unleashing your Inner Rock Star?  Have a go at our Pound & Pour Hen Party.  Pound is a Cardio Jam session using weighted Ripstix to sweat, sculpt and firm that body.

You POUND, we POUR (the Prosecco!)

It’s win win, though schedule your Pound & Pour for the afternoon so you can shower and freshen up before enjoying the rest of your weekend.

Bridal Wedding Entertainment

You’ve seen those viral videos on Facebook of the Bride & Her Bridesmaids doing a special performance for the Hubby & Wedding Guests.  Or the Groom & Groomsmen strutting their stuff on the dance floor.  Lets face it, you think it’s savage but haven’t a clue how to go about organising that for your own special day.

Look no further, Sarah-Jane is a qualified dance teacher with ten years choreography experience.  We’ll even cut and arrange your favourite tunes for a more than entertaining mash up – all you have to do is show up to rehearsal.  The routine will be broken down step by step and filmed for further practice at home.  We recommend getting your routine nailed at least 6 weeks before the big day so that everyone is more than confident when put under the spot light, so get in touch about 12 weeks before the event to make rehearsal arrangements.

If you’re looking for an extra special first dance as husband and wife, our good friends at Viva School of Dance will be more than happy to accommodate you either in our studio or any of their locations in North or South Dublin.
