For many years I’ve coached women through their conscious mind, asking them to make logical choices and rational decisions. To look at their life like a fly on the wall or like a doctor would diagnose a patient. To separate their emotional choices from their rational choices.  And while it worked for some, it didn’t for others who found it to be a frustrating, long and drawn out process, with more failures than success. It didn’t matter how much support, tools, and knowledge I gave them, some just “gave up”, “ghosted” or told themselves that no matter what they do they can’t stop the self-sabotage so why bother?

Then after copious amounts of research, I’ve found that there’s a specific reason why some people can’t change.

Because there’s a part of the subconscious mind that’s stopping them.

Your subconscious mind is your autopilot. If there is something that you do irrationally, that doesn’t make logical sense or you do without even realising at the time, it’s because there’s a wire in your brain making that happen.

Now at one point in your life, this wire served a purpose. To protect you and keep you safe. But now, the wire is out of date and for you to make long lasting positive change in your life, it needs to be upgraded.

I’m currently the only Control Practitioner in Ireland qualified to rewire the mind by using this unique method that does not involve trance hypnosis, counselling, CBT or regression therapy.

How Does It Work?


It’s quite straight forward.

We identify the thing you want to change.

Remove the barriers that are stopping that change.

Allow the Subconscious to make the change.

2 More follow up sessions to consolidate the change.

That’s putting it very simply but during our sessions, you will understand how the mind works, how you came to have the problem that you currently have and how we use the system to rewrite that problem to a new solution.

Your Free Consultation will establish if we can get your result. This is where I will gather enough information to identify the problem, the barriers and, most importantly, the “how will you know” that it has worked. The more specific you are the better the result will be. We will then work on a few exercises to see if we can tap into your subconscious mind. You will be awake, alert and aware the whole time and at the end of the Consultation, you can decide if you would like to go ahead with the 3 session treatment. Your first session will take place within 7 – 10 days of the Consultation, subject to availability.

I run the sessions from my private studio in JFK Industrial Estate, Dublin 12. Sessions can also be done online via video call, once you have a stable internet connection and can guarantee that you will not be disturbed during the session.

“After a very traumatic life event I struggled hugely and eventually after 3 years and lots of tests and scans I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. It’s a very depressing and debilitating disorder. The constant everyday pain is so heavy to carry all the time. Hi SarahJane I know it’s been a while since we had my sessions for my fear of the dark but since the last one I am honestly like a different person in the dark or being alone when I’m out in the dark.
Before you started the process with me I use to feel genuinely sick to my stomach about being in the dark whether it be with people or alone. I would panic, sweat, feel sick, and be very nervous aswell as scared. Initially coming to you was for something else which has also resulted in amazing results and couldn’t be happier.
Since my last session at the end of October I am like a different person it happened over the space of a few weeks where at first I was grand, didn’t think about it much but had a little niggle of being nervous, I’m not going to lie, however I was traveling to town by myself and walking through town alone in the dark for a class that I started and tbh was very worried about doing it because of my fear. Well all that has gone I can be alone in the DARK, I wonder to the car in DARK, I walk in the DARK, I don’t feel sick, I don’t panic it has taken my own strength to control my fear and talk to myself in my head to stop being scared and now it doesn’t faze me. 38 years of being AFRAID OF THE DARK is now gone and it’s a relief.
