lets-work-together2Are you a passionate female personal trainer looking to shift to or start your business in a more intimate setting away from the hustle and bustle of a commercial gym floor?  Do you want to work with clients who come from all walks of life? Do you want to help more women become happier and healthier in their own skin?  Throughout 2017 as #NoFilter expands we are currently recruiting Female PT’s to work with us in our custom built facility.  The requirements:

  • Have proven Fitness Credentials (Personal Training, Group Instruction, Fitness Instruction or equivalent)
  • Be willing and competent to teach all class types on our timetable, including Exercise to Music and excluding Branded Classes.
  • Have excellent communication skills, show compassion and fantastic charisma as we treat every member like a PT client regardless of their membership level
  • Available to teach early morning and evening time slots, own transport an advantage if you do not reside locally
  • Provide two references from previous employers or tutors
  • Hold valid Public Liability Insurance

The role:

  • Flexible cover of 3-5 classes per week on average in exchange for studio hire (small group, specialist or PT training) – no rent, studio is available 24/7 – saving €400/€800 pm
  • One “blog post” article per month to submit to our website
  • The choice to integrate your PT Package with our unlimited membership to attract more clients
  • “Staff training” / Brainstorming session once per month to keep your ideas fresh
  • Commission offered to you on new member registrations
  • Marketing support to promote your service, which will also be listed on our website
  • No “gym floor”/ shift work, our studio is private and only open for classes or sessions

We will also consider candidates new to the fitness industry, it can be very daunting jumping straight in so we are offering a six week internship to give you the tools needed to kick start your new career.  This will cover shadowing, class planning, marketing, ongoing support, etc.  You can also start training your own friends or family straight away with no charge for rent.
