Alongside the classes on offer to the public, we can also accommodate certain groups or private individuals, here’s a quick look at what we can do.
Personal TrainingA common reason why people slack at the gym is because they don’t have a personal trainer to answer to or they’re not sure what type of programme they should be following. Sometimes you just need that push from a professional to help you hit your target. We offer personal training in the comfort of your own home, or in our own private studios. Personal training packages include:
- Initial personal assessment, measurements & pictures
- Personalised workouts based on YOUR goals
- Nutrition Coaching (not just “advice”)
- Postural Assessment
- Guaranteed Satisfaction!
Various packages can be put together to suit your needs and budget. Our standard rate for PT is €45 per hour on a pay as you go basis or if you would like a more long term value for money, consider these options.
- Single: 4 PT sessions plus Unlimited Membership €200 per month for one to one training.
- Double: 4 PT sessions plus Unlimited Membership €300 per month for two to one training.
- Tripple: 4 PT sessions plus Unlimited Membership €390 per month for three to one training.
- Quads: 4 PT sessions plus Unlimited Membership €460 per month for four to one training.
Note: For maximum results we recommend that when training with a buddy that you have similar starting points and goals i.e weight loss. While we can cater for different training needs, this may take away from your allocated time and of course our priority is to deliver you maximum results.

Our brand new studio consists of two floors. Downstairs is a fully equipped dance studio with mirrors 6ft x 25ft, disco lights and sound system that works with any phone, tablet or laptop with a standard earphone jack. Upstairs in our Gym you’ll find free weights, suspension trainers, kettle bells, tyres, battle ropes – all conveniently placed around our 50 sqm laminate flooring which is perfect for group training, personal training or dance lessons.
We offer a generous discount for current members who wish to host their children’s birthday party at our studio.
Please note our studios are only available to hire on a private/ circumstantial basis and not available to outside instructors wishing to run public fitness classes. Please inquire within if you would like to join our team.
Why “weight” in traffic when the weights can come to you? In office after work & lunchtime sessions are growing in popularity especially for those who can’t make it to the gym after they get home, cook dinner, put the kids to bed etc. Move the tables to the side of the room and boom – canteen instantly converted to a studio! No room is too big or too small, sessions can be adapted to the size of your space.
You can book a “taster” class at a reduced rate before deciding to go ahead with a long term (10-16 weeks) or short term (6-8 weeks) package. The types of classes on offer, but not limited to are:

- HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
- Aero Boxing
- Circuit Training
- Dance Fitness
If you have a large amount of peers, but little space to accommodate them, we can arrange a weekly Weight Loss Clinic which will cover Nutritional Advice and exercises that can be done on breaks in the office or at home. A private Facebook follow up & support group is automatically included with our Weight Loss Clinic package.
Team Building & Ice Breaker Days
Joining a new group, class, or job can be daunting and awkward at first, especially when you’re not great speaking to new people. We have an abundance of team building activities that will bring any new group out of their shell and they will have fun from start to end. This does not have to be fitness based, but if you want to make them sweat then we will of course accommodate. Our team building workshops have worked very well with:
- University/ College Freshers
- Musical/ Drama Societies
- Sports Clubs
- Corporate Trainees and Managers
We recommend that you book your session to last a minimum of 90 minutes to 2 hours, however a full day of activities can also be arranged.
Have a one of a kind activity at your Hen Party – a Clubbercise Party! Clubbercise is a brand new Dance Fitness programme in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks. We have a huge selection of tracks to choose from, so you can pick the Bride’s favourite tunes to bop away too. Furthermore, your tee-totallers will love this too rather than spending an entire weekend focused on alcohol. We can provide neon accessories to dress up in for the event, and everyone will get to keep their own glow sticks after wards. You don’t even have to arrange a venue, our own professional studio is kitted out no matter day or night we’ll GLOW in the dark!
Wellness EventsIs your club, work or school hosting a Health & Fitness or Wellness Event? Book us to lecture at your event, topics can be broad or narrow depending on your overall goal. An example of some topics are:
