Under the new EU GDPR Law it is our duty to inform you of exactly how we use the information that you provide.

Current Email List

In the past, anyone who attended a Clubbercise class, and subsequently filled in a health (PAR-Q) form, their email address was added to our general mailing list.
Anyone who signed up a free account on nofilter.ie was also added to the general email list.
Users also had the option to sign up freely to the list at any time.
Individuals on the #NoFilter Mailing List have and can still unsubscribe from the list at any time, which is possible to do so at the bottom of every email from #NoFilter Fitness.

AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION, BEFORE THE GDPR LAW COMES INTO EFFECT ON MAY 25^{TH 2018}, ALL SUBSCRIBERS TO THE #NOFILTER MAILING LIST WILL BE ASKED [TO RE-SUBSCRIBE TO A “NEW” LIST.] [CLICK HERE TO RE-SUBSCRIBE] THOSE WHO DO NOT RESPOND BY 25^TH MAY WILL HAVE THEIR DETAILS REMOVED FROM THE “OLD” LIST AND WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE EMAILS FROM #NOFILTER FITNESS.

On the terms of use on nofilter.ie, and every email sent out to the list, it was clearly mentioned that users details would not be shared with any other party outside of NoFilter Fitness. That is still the case. We hate spam. And there’s no way we would give that info for someone else to spam our audience.

Going forward, active members of #NoFilter Fitness are on their own email list, for member updates. When their membership ends they will be transferred to the general Mailing List.

If you sign up for a “Free Download” – you will be added to our mailing list and your first email on that list will be the free download.
Emails sent out have and will continue to consist of Studio Updates, Promotions, New Class Announcements, Members Success Stories, Free Downloads, New Projects and anything else related to Nutrition, Health & Fitness.

You will remain on the email list until you unsubscribe.

Hardcopy List

All participants are required to fill in a hardcopy health & safety form (PAR-Q) before starting their first class at #NoFilter Fitness. Hardcopy forms will be kept securely for a period of 7 years after the participant has taken their last class. We are not legally obliged to destroy this information before the 7 years are up because we are required by law to keep this particular data on record for that period of time.

For health & safety reasons should a member’s health condition change, they are required to fill in a new form… as per our terms & conditions.
Postal addresses collected will be used from time to time to send gifts or greeting cards in the mail.

Postal addresses will also be used should a member fall into arrears and we have already tried to contact them via other channels resulting in no other option other than to contact them by registered post.
Phone numbers are seldom used for texting general updates.

Emergency contact details supplied will only be used should a member require emergency medical assistance where they are not in the position to give consent themselves.

Users can opt out of text messages by replying “Opt Out” to the message they receive.
Those who ask for a “consultation call” will NOT be put on our text list without their explicit permission.
We may text said person to confirm a time to accept said consultation call.
After the call, the number and nature of the conversation will be stored internally and used for call quality purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is both controlled and processed by #NoFilter Fitness in order for us to provide our services to you.  We have an agreement with the following parties to manage your data on our behalf, however your data remains the property of #NoFilter Fitness until you request your data to be changed or destroyed.

Payment details are securely controlled by GoCardless and Stripe, and we (#NoFilter Fitness) never have or will have direct access to member’s financial information without their explicit consent to carry out transactions on their behalf (via our booking manager).
Electronic personal data (email, phone & post) is securely processed by TeamUp, our booking manager.
Email addresses stored electronically are securely processed by MailChimp, our email manager.
Hardcopy PAR-Q Forms are stored in a secure location, for legal reasons.
Any other sensitive information is stored electronically on an encrypted device.
Users have the right to have their details deleted at any time (with the exception of the PAR-Q Form and record of attendance), if they are no longer a current member of the studio.  We need to hold onto the data of the current members of the studio in order for us to deliver our service.
If you wish to have your contact information deleted, you can email [email protected] with your full name & email address and the matter will be dealt with within 30 calendar days.

You may be asked to provide proof of identity in order to have your data changed or destroyed.
