17 – Your Week In Review
Congratulations, you’ve finished the week!
More Importantly, if you’ve made it this far – you’re halfway through your 6 Week Transformation Kickstart.
Regardless of if you’ve been checking in or not I want you to take 5 minutes today to reflect on your progress so far.
Think back to how you felt before starting the programme, and how you feel now.
Look for the “little wins” – if you’ve been following along then by now you should notice some differences.
If you need a little bit more help – NOW is the time to reply to this email to reach out – I ain’t no mindreader!
Things to do today:

Fill in Your Weekly Wrap Up form so I can see how you’re getting on.

Record your metrics as desired

This could be weight, pictures, measurements, sleep, mood or stress levels etc. Save in your phone or jot it in a notebook.

Data is useful both to celebrate wins and troubleshoot issues. Don’t obsess too much over it, either way, be consistent in practicing habits and making mindful choices every day.

Over the next two weeks, I’m going to teach you more about nutrition itself – so while that’s going on I want you to continue to focus on slowing down, making mindful choices & meal planning to include protein, carbs, veg & fat into all of your meals.
